Payment Options
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay and therefore have a range of options to suit most needs. If you have an issue, please contact us, we are happy to help wherever possible.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are excluding VAT, the VAT will be added automatically on your cart page. A separate VAT receipt will be sent to you on completion of payment. All prices include UK shipping, there are no hidden extras!
Credit Card
Orders under £6000 can be made via credit card online through the credit card option (powered and processed through Stripe). UK customers can also pay over the phone (3D secure authentication may still be required depending on your banking requirements), however we recommend that you choose the online option for the most secure and efficient experience, quick ‘click & pay’ links can be provided for you.
PayPal is available on request.
Direct Bank Transfer
Pay quickly and easily via direct bank transfer for all orders. Simply choose the ‘Request Pro Forma’ option at checkout and we will send you an invoice with payment details. We are registered with HSBC, so payment is generally received the same day it is transferred. We recommend that you instruct your accounts team to drop us an email once funds have been transferred to speed up the processing procedure.
Pro Forma Invoices
Need a pro forma? No problem! Simply choose the ‘Request Pro Forma’ option at checkout and we will send you an invoice with payment details for bank transfer and a quick ‘click and pay’ link for credit card payments.
Cheque
Not recommended: although it is possible to pay by cheque on orders over £300, this could dramatically extend your lead time. Once your cheque has cleared, we will process your order. Please let us know if you intend to pay by cheque by sending us an email after we have sent you the invoice. Please make cheques payable to Red Daisy Ltd and send them to the following address.

Council, School & NHS Purchase Orders
We accept the following purchase orders on 30 day terms for up to £6000 (UK only);
- School Purchase Orders
- Council Purchase Orders
- NHS Purchase Orders
These orders are subject to validation and finance arrangement. You can still choose your options on the website and checkout via the ‘send purchase order’ option, then send a copy of your official purchase order via email to contact@barrier2go.com.
Private Trade Accounts
Account terms are available on request to UK companies subject to credit checks and verification.
